Co-founder & CEO

Ms. Swaati Dubey, the Co-Founder, and CEO of Dzaro Solutions has been in the recruitment and staffing industry for over a decade. Her vision to establish Dzaro was to build a company that assists businesses around the world in finding the best talent. Being a strong leader, Ms. Dubey aspires to lead the recruitment industry globally by offering outstanding service in staff augmentation and information technology.

Ms. Dubey pursued her Master’s degree in Physics followed by MBA in HR and Finance. Her unending interest in learning and personal development with business growth and expansion keeps her motivated. This motivation has been the driving force behind the success of Dzaro Solutions.

Starting with just two people, today Dzaro Solutions has an expert and dedicated team of over 50 employees with a presence not only in Bharat but in the US and the UK. For its efficiency, Dzaro has received some of the most renowned awards and certifications in the industry, certainly becoming a matter of pride for its CEO.
